Uygulama hem T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de bulunan yabanc\u0131lar\u0131 hem de yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak \u00fczere gelecek olanlar\u0131 kaps\u0131yor. T\u00fcrkiye’de en az 6 ay s\u00fcreli ge\u00e7erli ikamet izni olan yabanc\u0131lar i\u00e7in i\u015fverenler do\u011frudan ba\u015fvuru yapabilecek. Yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan gelecek i\u015f\u00e7iler i\u00e7in de yine i\u015fverenlerin ba\u015fvuru yapmas\u0131 gerekiyor.<\/p>\n
