Kiralamaya \u00e7\u0131kacak arazilerden elde edilecek gelir konusu ise \u00fcreticiler i\u00e7in soru i\u015faretleri olu\u015fturuyor.<\/p>\n<h3>Resmi dayanak ve s\u00fcre\u00e7<\/h3>\n<p>\u00c7orum Tar\u0131m ve Orman \u0130l M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, uygulaman\u0131n <strong>3\/7\/2005 tarih ve 5403 say\u0131l\u0131 Toprak Koruma ve Arazi Kullan\u0131m\u0131 Kanunu\u2019nun 8\/K maddesi<\/strong> uyar\u0131nca y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc belirtildi. Y\u00f6netmelik kapsam\u0131nda, \u00fcst \u00fcste iki y\u0131l i\u015flenmeyen tar\u0131m arazilerinin kiraya verilerek tar\u0131msal \u00fcretime kazand\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ama\u00e7lan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130l ve il\u00e7e m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fckleri ile muhtarlar\u0131n dahil oldu\u011fu tespit komisyonlar\u0131, uydu g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleri ve arazi kontrolleri ile kiraya verilecek arazileri belirledi. Olu\u015fturulan liste, <strong>Eyl\u00fcl ay\u0131n\u0131n il haftas\u0131 boyunca 7 i\u015f g\u00fcn\u00fc<\/strong> s\u00fcreyle k\u00f6y ve mahalle muhtarl\u0131klar\u0131nda ask\u0131ya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Listeye yap\u0131lacak itirazlar, ilan s\u00fcresi i\u00e7inde yaz\u0131l\u0131 olarak \u0130l\/\u0130l\u00e7e M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne iletilebilecek.<\/p>\n<p>Ancak i\u015flenmeyen tar\u0131m arazi miktar\u0131n\u0131n \u00c7orum genelinde sadece 1935 d\u00f6n\u00fcm olmas\u0131 dikkat \u00e7ekti. Ekilmeyen 1935 d\u00f6n\u00fcm olanda 182 parsel bulunurken, her bir parselin ortalama b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc de 10.6 d\u00f6n\u00fcme kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k geliyor.
