Tar\u0131m \u0130\u015fletmeleri Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc (T\u0130GEM), bu\u011fday \u00fcretiminde art\u0131\u015f ya\u015fanmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen \u00e7ift\u00e7iye ula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan tohumluk miktar\u0131nda dikkat \u00e7eken bir dengesizlik sergiliyor. Kurumun 2024 \u0130dare Faaliyet Raporu\u2019na g\u00f6re, hasat edilen bu\u011fday miktar\u0131n\u0131n artt\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u0131llarda tohumluk sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 d\u00fc\u015ferken, \u00fcretim azald\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ise sat\u0131\u015fta art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6zlendi.<\/p>\n

Rakamlar \u00e7arp\u0131c\u0131: 2022 y\u0131l\u0131nda 273 bin 234 ton bu\u011fday hasat edilirken, \u00e7ift\u00e7iye 104 bin 319 ton tohumluk sat\u0131ld\u0131. 2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda bu\u011fday \u00fcretimi 343 bin 843 tona y\u00fckseldi; ancak tohumluk sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 93 bin 509 tona geriledi. Yani \u00fcretim artarken \u00e7ift\u00e7iye ula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan tohumluk miktar\u0131 d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc.<\/p>\n

T\u0130GEM\u2019in ana faaliyet alan\u0131 tohumculuk olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, \u00fcretim ve sat\u0131\u015f aras\u0131ndaki bu uyumsuzluk kurumun yat\u0131r\u0131m yapmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen \u00fcr\u00fcnleri yeterince \u00e7ift\u00e7iye ula\u015ft\u0131ramad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steriyor.<\/p>\n

\u0130lgin\u00e7 bir di\u011fer geli\u015fme ise 2024 y\u0131l\u0131nda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Bu y\u0131l, bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131la g\u00f6re bu\u011fday \u00fcretimi 81 bin ton azalm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, tohumluk sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 21 bin ton artt\u0131. Bu art\u0131\u015f\u0131n T\u0130GEM\u2019in ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz y\u0131l uygulad\u0131\u011f\u0131 kredi kart\u0131na taksitli sat\u0131\u015f kampanyas\u0131ndan kaynakland\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcl\u00fcyor Ancak s\u00f6z konusu uygulaman\u0131n ge\u00e7mi\u015f y\u0131llarda neden uygulanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ise ele\u015ftiri konusu oldu.<\/p>\n
