Ceylanp\u0131nar i\u015fletmesine 15 bin tonluk \u00fcre g\u00fcbresinin ihalesi 24,458 TL\/tondan sonu\u00e7lan\u0131rken, Dalaman, T\u00fckgeldi ve Karacabey i\u015fletmeleri i\u00e7in yap\u0131lan ilahe 22,640 TL\/tondan ve di\u011fer i\u015fletmeler i\u00e7in yap\u0131lan ihale ise 22,200 TL\/tondan sonu\u00e7land\u0131. <\/p>\n<h3>Online \u0130hale Y\u00f6ntemi ve &#8220;Son Teklif&#8221; Soru \u0130\u015faretleri<\/h3>\n<p>T\u0130GEM gibi devasa al\u0131mlar yapan bir devlet kurumunun, ihale komisyonu kurup teklifleri kapal\u0131 zarf usul\u00fcyle almas\u0131 beklenirken, online y\u00f6ntemle ihaleye \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 dikkat \u00e7ekti. Ancak as\u0131l tart\u0131\u015fma, tekliflerin ayn\u0131 anda de\u011fil, farkl\u0131 saat dilimlerinde al\u0131nmas\u0131yla ba\u015flad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Bu y\u00f6ntem, firmalar\u0131n di\u011fer teklifleri bilme endi\u015fesini do\u011furdu.
