Her y\u0131l pazarlama y\u0131l\u0131 ba\u015flamadan hemen \u00f6nce, genellikle A\u011fustos ay\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131klanan \u015feker kotalar\u0131, bu y\u0131l ilk kez 8 ay \u00f6nceden duyuruldu. 2026-2027 pazarlama y\u0131l\u0131na ait \u015feker kotalar\u0131, bug\u00fcnk\u00fc Resmi Gazete\u2019de yay\u0131nland\u0131. \u00dclkenin toplam A \u015feker kotas\u0131 2 milyon 910 bin ton olarak a\u00e7\u0131klan\u0131rken, bunun 2 milyon 837 bin 250 tonu pancar \u015fekeri, 72 bin 750 tonu da ni\u015fasta bazl\u0131 \u015feker kotas\u0131 olarak belirlendi.<\/p>\n<h3>\u015eEKER KOTALARI NEDEN 8 AY ERKEN A\u00c7IKLANDI?<\/h3>\n<p>Bilindi\u011fi \u00fczere 2025-2026 pazarlama y\u0131l\u0131na ait \u015feker kotalar\u0131 ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz A\u011fustos ay\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131klanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. 3 ay sonra da 2026-2027 pazarlama y\u0131l\u0131na ait \u015feker kotalar\u0131n\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131klanmas\u0131 sekt\u00f6rde \u015fa\u015fk\u0131nl\u0131kla kar\u015f\u0131land\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>2026-2027 pazarlama y\u0131l\u0131na ait \u015feker kotalar\u0131n\u0131n al\u0131\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda 8 ay \u00f6ncesinde a\u00e7\u0131klanmas\u0131n\u0131n arkas\u0131nda \u015feker fabrikalar\u0131n\u0131n Tar\u0131m Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan talebi yat\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<h3>Fabrikalar Tar\u0131m Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan Talep Etmi\u015fti!<\/h3>\n<p>\u015eeker fabrikalar\u0131, pancar ekimi tamamland\u0131ktan ve hasat \u00f6ncesi d\u00f6nemde a\u00e7\u0131klanan kotalar\u0131n \u00fcretim planlamas\u0131n\u0131 zorla\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirterek, Tar\u0131m Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan bir sonraki pazarlama y\u0131l\u0131na ait \u015feker kotalar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nceden a\u00e7\u0131klanmas\u0131n\u0131 talep etmi\u015flerdi. Bug\u00fcn a\u00e7\u0131klanan kotalar, bu talebin hayata ge\u00e7irildi\u011fini g\u00f6steriyor.<\/p>\n<h3>Emniyet stoku (B kotas\u0131) y\u00fczde 5\u2019ten 3,5\u2019e indirildi<\/h3>\n<p>Kararlarda dikkat \u00e7eken en \u00f6nemli de\u011fi\u015fikliklerden biri, g\u0131da g\u00fcvenli\u011fi kapsam\u0131nda B \u015feker kotas\u0131n\u0131n azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 oldu. \u00d6nceki uygulamada, A kotas\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 5\u2019i kadar zorunlu emniyet stoku tutuluyordu. Yeni uygulamada, bu oran y\u00fczde 3,5\u2019e d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6rne\u011fin, 100 bin ton A kotas\u0131na sahip bir fabrikan\u0131n, daha \u00f6nce 5 bin ton B kotas\u0131 (emniyet stoku) tutmas\u0131 gerekiyordu. Yeni d\u00fczenlemeyle bu miktar 3 bin 500 tona d\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015f oldu.
