Yakla\u015f\u0131k maliyeti 8 milyon 385 bin TL olan al\u0131m, 6 milyon 877 bin TL\u2019ye tamamland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>21 B do\u011frudan temin y\u00f6ntemi, do\u011fal afetler, salg\u0131n hastal\u0131klar, can ve mal kayb\u0131 riski gibi acil durumlarda uygulanabiliyor. \u0130l\u00e7e m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn hayvan bar\u0131na\u011f\u0131 al\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 do\u011fal afetler, salg\u0131n hastal\u0131klar gibi gerek\u00e7e ile ihale yapmadan 21 B kapsam\u0131nda do\u011frudan temin y\u00f6ntemiyle yapmas\u0131 dikkat \u00e7ekti.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u0131m\u0131n ihale yap\u0131lmadan do\u011frudan temin ile ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi, kamu kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131, \u015feffafl\u0131k ve rekabet a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 da beraberinde getirdi.
