Buna g\u00f6re 2026 y\u0131l\u0131nda ithal edilecek besilik s\u0131\u011f\u0131r miktar\u0131 belli oldu. Toplam 500 bin ba\u015f besilik s\u0131\u011f\u0131r ithal edilecek. 500 bin ba\u015fl\u0131k ithalat plan\u0131, i\u015fletme b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne g\u00f6re b\u00f6l\u00fcn\u00fcrken, fiili ithalat ve fiyatlama tamamen ESK taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lacak.<\/p>\n

Bu da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m, ithalat\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 78\u2019inin b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekli i\u015fletmelere, y\u00fczde 22\u2019sinin k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck i\u015fletmelere ayr\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steriyor.<\/p>\n

200 ba\u015f ve \u00fczeri i\u015fletmeler i\u00e7in; 200\u2013400 ba\u015f kapasiteye do\u011frudan 32 ba\u015f (kotas\u0131z), 401\u2013600 ba\u015f kapasiteli i\u015fletmelere do\u011frudan 35 ba\u015f (kotas\u0131z), 600 ba\u015f \u00fcst\u00fc kapasitede ki i\u015fletmelere ise y\u00fczdelik kota sistemi devreye girecek.<\/p>\n

200 ba\u015f alt\u0131 i\u015fletmeler i\u00e7in ise bir i\u015fletmeye verilecek azami say\u0131 30 ba\u015f ile s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. \u0130\u015fletmelerin yapaca\u011f\u0131 ba\u015fvuruda puanlama kriterine g\u00f6re teslimatlar yap\u0131lacak. Puanlama kriterlerinde; i\u015fletmenin ya\u015f\u0131, yem bitkisi ekili alan\u0131, 2024 buza\u011f\u0131 deste\u011fi ve 2025\u2019te kesime g\u00f6nderilen hayvan say\u0131s\u0131 gibi kriterlere g\u00f6re puanlama yap\u0131lacak.<\/p>\n

Ba\u015fvurular 26 Ocak \u2013 6 \u015eubat 2026 aras\u0131nda y\u0131lda sadece bir ba\u015fvuru yap\u0131labilecek. Ba\u015fvuru sonras\u0131, vazge\u00e7en, hayvan almayan, s\u00fcreyi ka\u00e7ar\u0131n 2026 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7in hakk\u0131n\u0131 tamamen kaybedecek.<\/p>\n

\u0130thal besilik hayvanlar\u0131n en az 4 ay i\u015fletmede kalma zorunlulu\u011fu bulunuyor. Sadece Bakanl\u0131k onayl\u0131 kesimhanelerde kesim yap\u0131labilecek. Sat\u0131\u015f, devretme, ba\u015fka i\u015fletmeye nakil yasakland\u0131. K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck i\u015fletmeler i\u00e7in ESK\u2019ya kesim zorunlulu\u011fu getirildi.<\/p>\n
