Bug\u00fcn yay\u0131mlanan 33202 say\u0131l\u0131 Resmi Gazete ile y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe giren yeni d\u00fczenleme, se\u00e7im takvimindeki “ilan ve ask\u0131” s\u00fcrelerini netle\u015ftirdi.<\/p>\n

\u00dcye Listeleri 15 G\u00fcn \u00d6nce \u0130l\u00e7e Se\u00e7im Kurulu’nda<\/h3>\n

Yeni d\u00fczenlemeye g\u00f6re, \u015fubelerin bulundu\u011fu illerdeki \u00fcye listelerinin haz\u0131rlanma ve onay s\u00fcreci \u015fu \u015fekilde i\u015fleyecek:<\/p>\n

-Genel Merkez kay\u0131tlar\u0131 esas al\u0131narak haz\u0131rlanan \u00fcye listeleri, Genel Kurul tarihinden en az 15 g\u00fcn \u00f6nce<\/strong> ilgili \u0130l\u00e7e Se\u00e7im Kurulu\u2019na teslim edilecek.<\/p>\n

-Se\u00e7im Kurulu taraf\u0131ndan onaylanan kesin listeler, \u015fube binas\u0131nda as\u0131larak ilan edilecek.<\/p>\n

Genel kurul duyurular\u0131n\u0131n kapsam\u0131 da geni\u015fletildi. Art\u0131k \u015fube genel kurul tarihi ve g\u00fcndemi;<\/p>\n

1) \u015eube binas\u0131nda fiziki olarak as\u0131lacak,<\/p>\n

2) \u0130lgili ilde yay\u0131mlanan en az bir g\u00fcnl\u00fck gazetede ilan edilerek t\u00fcm \u00fcyelere duyurulacak.<\/p>\n

Ziraat M\u00fchendisleri Odas\u0131 Y\u00f6netim Kurulu taraf\u0131ndan y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclecek olan bu de\u011fi\u015fiklik, yay\u0131m\u0131 tarihi olan 23 Mart 2026 itibar\u0131yla resmen y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girdi. Bu d\u00fczenleme, yakla\u015fan \u015fube se\u00e7imlerinde uygulanacak temel kural haline geldi.<\/p>\n

Se\u00e7im G\u00fcvenli\u011fi Vurgusu<\/h3>\n

ZMO\u2019nun bu de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi, \u00f6zellikle b\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehirlerdeki \u00fcye say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131yla birlikte se\u00e7im listelerine y\u00f6nelik itirazlar\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7meyi hedefliyor. Listelerin 15 g\u00fcn \u00f6nceden Se\u00e7im Kurulu\u2019na verilmesi, \u00fcyelerin “oy kullanma hakk\u0131” sorgulamalar\u0131 i\u00e7in makul bir s\u00fcre tan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n
