Kurum taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan duyuruda, sat\u0131\u015f s\u00fcrecine dair \u015fu kritik detaylara yer verildi:<\/p>\n

\u00dcretici \u015eart\u0131:<\/strong> Ba\u015fvuru yapacak firmalar\u0131n bizzat \u00e7i\u011f s\u00fctten mamul veya yar\u0131 mamul \u00fcretti\u011fini, sunduklar\u0131 g\u00fcncel kapasite raporu ile ibraz etmeleri zorunludur.<\/p>\n

Tek Firma Kural\u0131:<\/strong> Firma yetkilisi veya orta\u011f\u0131 ayn\u0131 olan ba\u015fvurularda, m\u00fckerrerli\u011fi \u00f6nlemek ad\u0131na sadece bir firman\u0131n talebi dikkate al\u0131nacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n

    \u00d6nemli Not:<\/strong> Belgeler elden veya kargo yoluyla Genel Evrak ve Ar\u015fiv \u015eube M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019ne teslim edilebilecek. Kargo ile g\u00f6nderilen evraklar\u0131n belirlenen tarih ve saatte kuruma ula\u015fmamas\u0131 durumunda sorumluluk ba\u015fvuru sahibine ait olacak.<\/p>\n

    Kurumdan yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, ESK’n\u0131n 2886 say\u0131l\u0131 Devlet \u0130hale Kanunu\u2019na tabi olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 hat\u0131rlat\u0131larak; s\u00f6z konusu sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 yap\u0131p yapmamakta veya diledi\u011fi firmaya sat\u0131\u015f yapmakta tamamen serbest oldu\u011fu vurguland\u0131. Sat\u0131\u015fa ili\u015fkin teknik detaylara ve usul esaslar\u0131na kurumun resmi internet sitesi \u00fczerinden ula\u015f\u0131labilecek.<\/p>\n
